
The X-Biking Programme
The first iteration of the X-Biking programme was developed in 2003 to maximise the training potential of the X-Bike. Interval based training was only being used by elite athletes but it was Trixter's goal to bring this type of training to the general public. Ever since then the programme has been updated and has been evolving. Now music is provided by some of the worlds top artists. Having fun with effecient, total body, low impact exercising.
X-Biking at Home
Burn 500 calories in 30 minutes with X-Biking at home DVD workouts. Follow the beginner. intermediate or advanced rider depending on your base level of fitness. The pre-choreographed rides take you on an interval based journey with top motivational chart topiing music. The rides are designed to create a class atmosphere in your home. You can choose to listen to the instructor or when you're more confident ride just with the music.
