Pro X Biking

The Concept

The Pro X-Biking CD workouts were developed by Trixter and Dave Smith (Atlanta British Olympic Cycling Coach) in 2004 when Trixter started working with elite athlete's. The 30 minute interval based workouts all have original scores. The music has built in pips that give you advanced warning of impending transitions and each workout has a ride card that cues what that transition will be. These rides are recommended for riders of intermediate level and above. 

When to use

These rides are for specialist classes in gym's or health clubs or for the more dedicated home fitness enthusiast. For use in a group training environment the trainer requires advanced preparation
